I understand that a new baby often comes with financial stressors. Every family, regardless of their situation, deserves support. I offer flexible payment plans, discounts for low earners and those on benefits, barter, and support through the Doula UK Access Fund. Please do reach out and we will see what we can do!
A free, zero obligation chat to find out about your needs and get to know each other. Comfort and finding a good fit is so crucial to choosing a doula for your family. If you're interested in working with me, please get in touch!
For families looking for the proven benefits of continuity of care. I'll be with you through your pregnancy, birth, and beyond! Please keep in mind this package is just a starting point - extra support can always be added as and when it's needed, even for years after your babies birth!
If you have specific wants or needs in your maternity care that fall outside of this, please get in touch - we can build a package that suits your family perfectly
Sometimes it can be overwhelming even figuring out what support you might need after the birth of your baby. I have built this package based on feedback of what has been most sanity-saving for parents I've known and worked with. Please be assured though that nothing is set in stone; anything in here can be tweaked, removed, or added depending on your individual needs!
One approx. 3hr visit per week for the first 8 weeks post birth.
Each visit includes a chat about where you are, how your week has been, and any concerns you're currently facing, as well as whatever hands-on support is most needed that day.
I combine my experience with targeted signposting to help you navigate the ups and downs of new parenthood.
Lunch and dinner cooked for you on the day of visit, plus one cake or traybake per week, as needed!
3-4 hours of support, 4-5 days a week, for the first 6 weeks of your babies life.
Emotional, informational, and practical support combine to give you the babymoon of your dreams.
Full meal planning service and cooking (3 meals a day, plus snacks) included, option for grocery shopping add on.
I prioritise rest - from helping you find sleep solutions to holding the baby while you nap.
I aim to leave you and your baby nourished, joyful, and thriving!
And I always do the washing up before I leave!

For families looking for more information. I offer serial or one-off antenatal education and support sessions where your birth options can be explained and explored in an unbiased, evidence-based, agenda-free setting. I will teach you how to write a birth plan and advocate for yourself within the maternity system to take control of your own birth! Price is per hour for one couple, but I also offer per-couple discounts for group bookings. Find out more here.
Who couldn't use an extra pair of hands with a new baby? I can offer whatever support is most needed to you - cooking nutritious food, holding the baby or entertaining older children while you nap or feed (I am DBS checked and paediatric first aid trained), support for infant feeding and bonding, even just providing a cup of tea and a listening ear during time! Price is per hour, but I also offer block bookings of multiple hours as part of an ongoing contract. Find out more here.
Making choices as a parent doesn't stop after the birth - or after the first six weeks! Parenthood involves thousands of decisions, milestones, and challenges that need to be navigated. Whatever your difficulty, we can discuss it with no judgement and work together to find a positive solution that's right for your family. Find out more here.
Looking for a home water birth but don't want to purchase a whole pool? Pool hire might be the answer you've been looking for!
La Bassine Regular pool with all kit - individual purchase of pool liner is recommended for hygiene. Pick up and drop off to CB4.
Sometimes either the client or the doula will need or feel more comfortable with having some backup. This can carry a greater fee depending on circumstances, but can also provide everyone with extra security and ease (and can be like getting two doulas for the price of one!). If I feel shared care would be necessary or beneficial to our working together, I will discuss this during our initial consultation. We will always work together to make sure you feel entirely confident in the process!
Two primary doulas both attend antenatal visits, are available for text and email support, and are on-call for the birth. Either one or both doulas can attend the birth, depending on our availability and your preferences.
One primary doula (me!) takes the lead during the pregnancy. A back-up doula attends one antenatal visit to ensure you've met and feel comfortable, but only attends the birth in the event that the I absolutely cannot make it.
